I'm not in a sector that has traditionally organized (VERY white collar). I literally have no idea what a union would look like for my business type, but have entertained the idea that it would, actually, be very nice to have/be in one. Keep fighting the good fight!

Congrats to the New Yorker Union. As to the future, rest easy. I'm sure Joe Biden supports the repeal of Taft-Hartley.
Based on observation and history, if Joe Biden repeals Taft-Hartley, pigs will finally grow wings.
He's had plenty of opportunities to do something about repealing it and it's still there.

It's a step beyond unionized, I think. Worker owned.
Co-ops and employee-owned are the key to prosperity for workers.
