another fantastic piece! I've been playing American Trucker Simulator lately, and haven't got your level of fever yet, but its getting there. There's something so pure from being totally full from an action.
I have been stitching for 28 years and it has been my sanity saver during the pandemic for sure. I've only worked 3 1/2 weeks this year so boredom and anxiety about paying the bills has dominated my life
I've started more projects this year than at any other time....might have close to 60 works in progress. I'm not sure. I'm too afraid to count 😨
I also have an addiction to cross stitching. I start in January and make cross stitch gifts for everyone. I feel like homemade is best cause it's made with love. I have a craft cabinet full of aida cloth, towels to cross stitch, breadcloths. Plus I have over 500 patterns filed in a plastic tote so that when I want to make something I go to the section like Christmas and look through those patterns. It makes it a lot easier to find what I'm looking for. But I still love to go to McKay used bookstore and look for new patterns.
Some impressive work there. My mother used to cross stitch, but I never thought much of it ... now I see she was rank amateur. You’ve got some boss designs.

OH YEAH, it's sorta perfect, especially when you streaming Tampa Bay Smooth Jazz dot Com over the sound of a snarling engine. It's harmony.

Same with my grandmother, I was pretty underwhelmed until I saw these possibilities!
This was helpful, thanks for writing it!
