I think it would be fun and cool to brick these jerks into their lavishly appointed booze chambers for all eternity

I mean, yes, this is very well-written and relevant and a wonderful allegory for other things that plague our society, but at some point, it's just exhausting. How The Rich Approach Alcohol becomes the same as How The Rich Approach Housing which is similar to How The Rich Approach Schooling and also How The Rich Approach Automobiles as well as How The Rich Approach Air Travel. It all gets conglomerated into one big These People Have Too Much Money clusterfuck that becomes this steady drumbeat of unfairness threatening to tenderize my brain into oblivion.

"These People Have Too Much Money: Clusterfuck" would be a god recurring Discourse feature, frankly.

Well what better way to honker down and down a few with friends in you wine cellar, tequila room, whiskey room, craft beer room,Bud light room. etc.

The wealthy are wealthy and the poor are poor. In a caring liberal society you would think leveling the playing field and wage gap field, , and taxes codes, health and human recourcez field, trasportation, education, -whatever- would be addressed and maybe adjusted so the poor get housing. A living wage, health care, education etc.

But not here in the f**ked up USA

where trillions $$$$$$$$$ go to killing people and starving folks that don't do thing the great USA way. Enough folks. Trillions could be staying right here in USA making our system more equitable....it's insane. Wake up woke up America. Get ride of the neocons in congress. Let's reboot the system before it turns into another fascist state.
